Trena Fahrenbrink is an entrepreneur and business executive with over 16 years of property management experience.  Her expertise is in overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial rental properties including tenant relations, property management, faculty operations, lease enforcement, legal compliance, and financial management.  She is a strategic innovator driving growth in property management to maximize value and profitability.  Trena earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

PrOPERtY MANAGER

Tony Oskvarek’s career in property management began at Melvin Simon & Associates where he directed operations of shopping centers located in Colorado, Maryland, Louisiana, and Texas.  Later, he expanded into managing office buildings and portfolio management.  Tony has managed small privately owned buildings for TIAA-CREF, ITT Sheraton, MCI, Quantum, Compassion International, and Ent Federal Credit Union.  He has served in board positions for IREM and BOMA.

SHIRLEY BeCKNER

PrOPERtY MANAGER

Shirley is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker with over over 30+ years of experience in real estate.   She has been a Colorado Real Estate Appraiser.  Her background has been in Commercial Property Management and Commercial Financing.  She is multi-faceted in the Real Estate field with experience in the financial side of acquisition and in the development/construction side of real estate.  Shirley has an Associates’ Degree in Real Estate.  She earned an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation and has been a board member with the local BOMA chapter in past years.

SaMAnTHA BURKe

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSistANT

Samantha “Sam” Burke is our newest team member.  She supports our property owners and tenants in her role in commercial property management.  Currently, Sam is working towards an undergraduate degree.
