Shirley is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of experience in real estate. She has also been a Colorado Real Estate Appraiser. Her background includes extensive work in Commercial Property Management and Commercial Financing. She is multi-faceted in the real estate field with experience in the financial side of acquisition and in the development and construction aspects of real estate. Shirley holds an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate, earned an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation, and has served as a board member with the local BOMA chapter in past years.
